We’re hiring a new sales teammate to guide customers through the purchase of their new home.

You’ll want to join our team if you‘d like be fully engaged in a collaborative environment in which we all put our minds toward creating the most effortless customer experience in the home building space.

• Not experienced in sales? GREAT. We welcome those who want to begin a career in new home sales and build their skills with us from the ground up. If you love continual improvement, teamwork and working with customers, this is the place for you.

• A person who enjoys seeing flat land transform into a family’s home? That’s exactly what you will help make happen.
• A person who wants to sell with integrity? As far as we’re concerned, it’s the only way to sell. You’ll be ensuring that each customer is absolutely certain that our product and experience is right for them. We don’t push contracts or hard sell. We only close deals at the highest, most customer-focused level.
• A relationship builder? Sales is all about building genuine relationships. You will build tremendous relationships with your team, the realtor community and our customers.
• Afraid of calling and speaking with people on the phone? If you answered “no,” then we’re on the same page. The phone is the best form of communication when not in-person, and it’s the ultimate and most immediate prospecting tool.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
